📋 Description

• Lead and support client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform with Syspro and Acumatica • Assist the sales team with demonstrations showing how Traild streamlines, automates, and protects accounts payable • Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations • Ensure seamless deployment and user adoption • Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP/AP solutions • Provide technical support for escalated issues and complex ERP-related inquiries • Create and maintain documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles • Partner with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence • Stay current with evolving ERP platforms and improve Traild’s integration capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Syspro and Acumatica • Strong technical background with SaaS or ERP products • Customer-first mindset and outstanding communication skills • 3+ years of experience with Syspro and Acumatica, or ability to learn Acumatica quickly • Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes, particularly Accounts Payable • Comfortable reading and understanding code; confident navigating integrations and data flows • Ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to solve them • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills • Confident, articulate, and professional customer interactions • Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid team setup • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global scale-up
