📋 Description

• Develop and implement the operations strategy for the retirement line of business, focusing on efficiencies and customer, agent, and advisor experience • Lead end-to-end execution of operational functions supporting Retirement organizational goals • Provide direction and control for effective and profitable Retirement operations • Develop short- and long-term organizational goals and strategies, ensuring business processes and operational controls are in place • Identify potential outsourcing strategies and partner with key leaders for execution • Collaborate with Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Legal leadership • Evaluate Retirement processes and guide efficiency and performance improvements • Report operating results and monitor progress toward organizational goals • Ensure tools, resources, and processes support performance monitoring, tracking, and reporting • Build high-performing, diverse teams • Drive continuous improvement and operating efficiency • Manage the Operations organization budget • Promote employee engagement and well-being through collaboration, innovation, transparency, inclusion, and trust • Report to the Chief Operations Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years or more of progressive leadership experience in the financial services/insurance industry in an Operations capacity • Deep knowledge of the Retirement business, products, and operations • Business acumen to execute strategic plans and allocate budgets • Outstanding leadership and communication skills to influence outcomes at the executive level • Moderate travel of 10 to 25%
