📋 Description

• Own the creative vision, planning, and execution of two company-wide offsites each year for approximately 175 people • Research destinations, hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment • Build schedules balancing team connection, destination enjoyment, and company programming • Manage the attendee experience from initial announcement and travel guidance through arrival, programming, and return travel • Manage accommodations, transportation, vendors, meals, accessibility, contingency planning, and onsite execution • Manage a substantial event budget • Build excitement and serve as the main point of contact, providing updates and answering questions • Gather post-event feedback and continuously improve future experiences • Plan and run smaller team offsites throughout the year, including GTM and engineering offsites • Assist with other company events and special projects, including marketing-event logistics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in internal event planning or a similar role requiring substantial planning • Experience producing memorable, high-touch events • Clear, warm communication skills • Enjoys working with people across the company • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity • Ability to perform under pressure when things do not go well • Ability to quickly grasp business objectives and translate them into an experience • Energy and creativity in developing team activities • Proactive identification and resolution of scheduling, travel, and project issues • Ability to incorporate feedback into future events without compromising on vision
