📋 Description

• Sell products and services for the company's pet-health client • Work with a broad range of potential customers • Convert prospects into brand-loyal customers • Work closely with dedicated leaders • Complete training on sales scripts, processes, compliance, Rippling, Salesforce, and Vonage • Represent Tribe's ethos and follow ethical sales practices • Follow FTC regulatory requirements • Avoid overpromising product benefits or making unsubstantiated claims • Work from home in a global remote environment • Conduct frequent phone and video calls with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Highly driven, self-starting, and motivated by growth opportunities and sales excellence • Knowledge, background, or passion around health and wellness • Excellent verbal and written skills • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST • Reliable internet and equipment • Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer • Working microphone, camera, and headset • Ability to run the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously • Ethernet connection strongly preferred • Dedicated internet bandwidth of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Latency under approximately 150ms • Jitter under approximately 30ms • Packet loss under approximately 1%
