• Lead communications and marketing operations, including staffing, workload, and departmental priorities • Develop and execute communications and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals • Direct the development and distribution of communication materials, including publications, presentations, and media content • Establish and maintain brand standards and ensure alignment across all communications channels • Oversee website strategy, content, and performance to ensure accurate and consistent information • Manage staff and coordinate cross-functional efforts • Ensure consistent, compliant, and effective delivery of internal and external communications • Lead stakeholder engagement activities
• Bachelor's degree • Three (3) years of progressive experience leading communications, public relations, or social marketing programs • Valid driver's license • Must reside within North Carolina • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • Must pass a drug test as a condition of employment • Resume must include employer name, dates of service, average hours worked per week, and essential job duties • Resume must include education details, including degree type, date awarded, institution, and field of study • Licensure/certification information must be included if applicable
