📋 Description

• Maintain and update the VA program office's Integrated Master Schedule, including schedule management, dependency tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder coordination • Coordinate multi-project schedules across the VA program office into an integrated master schedule • Create and manage integrated master schedules combining sub-projects, workstreams, and dependencies • Ensure cross-project alignment of milestones, deadlines, and deliverables • Analyze schedule performance, run critical-path analysis, track progress, forecast delays, and provide early warnings • Gather updates from Government staff and resolve timeline conflicts • Apply industry scheduling standards and tools • Identify schedule risks, run what-if scenarios, and support mitigation strategies • Create dashboards, summaries, schedule health assessments, and enterprise-level reports • Maintain governance processes and enforce change-control rules • Coordinate with customers, contracts, the PMO, and senior management • Train and inform senior management and the scheduling team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 8 years of total experience • 5 years of hands-on MS-Project experience • Proven work experience developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences • Initiative and strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and within a team • Flexibility and ability to react to rapidly changing requirements • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently • Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance • Experience creating macros for MS Project (preferred) • Experience in a large healthcare organization (preferred) • Certified PMI PMP or scheduling credentials (preferred) • VA or Federal experience (preferred)
