📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production, mission-critical applications • Write SQL queries to analyze data issues, database performance, and data integrity • Diagnose and resolve issues across REST APIs, web applications, and backend services • Partner with developers to identify root causes, implement fixes, and deploy changes • Support and monitor Windows and Linux systems and services • Work within a biweekly sprint cycle, contributing to planning and execution • Proactively identify recurring issues and implement solutions to improve system reliability and reduce support load • Communicate findings and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, and/or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience • 3–5 years of professional experience in software development, application support, or a similar technical role • Experience working in production environments and handling real-world system issues • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Experience with SQL Server (writing queries, data analysis and troubleshooting; performance tuning and database management are a plus) • Understanding of relational database fundamentals (transactions, indexing, ACID, DML/DDL) • Experience troubleshooting web applications and RESTful APIs • Exposure to Windows Server environments and administration • Ability to read and understand C#/.NET code for debugging and issue analysis • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for troubleshooting front-end issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex systems • Ability to support time-sensitive, high-availability environments • Clear communication skills for working across technical and non-technical teams.
