• Report to the Executive Vice President • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends • Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market potential, and assess the competitive landscape • Lead business development efforts to expand market share and revenue streams through strategic partnerships and alliances • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry partners • Drive innovation initiatives to develop and launch new products, services, and solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, differentiation, and market positioning • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for revenue growth and customer acquisition • Optimize sales channels, pricing strategies, and promotional activities • Provide visionary leadership to the Growth Office team and cross-functional stakeholders • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability • Establish KPIs and metrics to track growth objectives • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas • Assess and mitigate risks associated with growth initiatives • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies • Implement risk management strategies to safeguard organizational assets and reputation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, and executive leadership roles • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in a competitive environment • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organization and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels of the organization • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance • Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive business results • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape • Ability to foster a culture of innovation and drive new product and service development • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Results-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes and delivering organizational value
