📋 Description

• Manage, optimize, and integrate enterprise business systems to maximize operational performance and scalability • Direct key vendor partnerships, service level agreements, and service evaluations • Lead and mentor a team of business systems professionals • Direct system upgrades, software integrations, and deployment initiatives, including timelines and resources • Drive process improvement across cross-functional teams to automate workflows and resolve technical challenges • Serve as a technical authority and strategic partner for Field Systems GTM Operations and Business Systems • Shape system efficiency and contribute to Trimble Field Systems' financial growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience • Demonstrated success in business systems management, project execution, and organizational change management • Proven experience directing vendor relations, managing service level agreements, and evaluating external service delivery • Experience leading and mentoring staff, setting stretch goals, and cultivating team achievement • Outstanding analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication capabilities • Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven global technology environments (bonus) • Familiarity with Field Systems or go-to-market operational workflows (bonus) • Ability to travel as needed
