📋 Description

• Research, collect, analyze, and report data to support operational efficiency and leadership decision-making • Audit department information and suggest process improvements • Collaborate on performance improvement activities related to program efficiency and patient experience • Distribute analytical reports and develop educational materials • Support Sourcing Managers and Strategic Sourcing division financial goals • Lead small cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining or improving product quality and vendor service levels • Manage simultaneous competitive sourcing processes and low- to medium-risk contract negotiations • Draft contracts, contract amendments, RFPs, RFQs, and business communications • Partner with the Supply Chain Informatics System team to ensure proper audit and reporting outcomes • Maintain knowledge of GPO and Trinity contract portfolios and optimize agreement compliance • Work with Legal and Sourcing Managers on contract drafting, analysis, compliance, and issue resolution • Support competitive bidding by pre-qualifying suppliers, creating RFP/RFI materials, reviewing responses, and assessing product or service applicability • Conduct sourcing and negotiation initiatives; perform cost-benefit analyses and present findings • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools • Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable recommendations • Engage suppliers legally, ethically, and in accordance with Trinity Health policies • Plan, manage, and oversee small to medium sourcing project lifecycles • Draft and execute contract amendments and manage contract lifecycle activities • Conduct category assessments, including spend analysis, demand forecasting, supply market intelligence, and risk evaluation • Analyze markets, vendor sources, product availability, supplier capabilities, and pricing • Support sourcing and contract management systems, audits, reporting, and process improvements • Coordinate executed-contract handoffs, purchase-order placement, contract milestones, and implementation expectations • Serve as a contact for management-team members regarding purchasing and sourcing issues • Support process improvements that deliver cost savings, efficiency, and enhanced customer service • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in business, supply chain management, or data science and at least 5 (five) years of sourcing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • In-depth knowledge and skills in advanced data analytics and procurement practices • Advanced Excel, Access, and Tableau skills • Vendor relationship and market trend analysis experience • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely • Knowledge of information access and use, preparation of specifications, and analysis of bids and contracts • Ability to create and maintain accurate records and reports • Working knowledge of contract construction; ability to review, redline, and draft contract language • Ability to identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve complex issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving, research, and presentation skills • Customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a large, multi-level, geographically dispersed organization • Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers • Prioritization, multitasking, coordination, organization, and initiative skills • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities • Ability to define critical issues and develop methodologies for collecting and analyzing relevant data, including TCO, NPV, and COSR • Ability to use computers and other technology • Must comply with applicable Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, guidelines, and PPE requirements
