📋 Description

• Research, collect, analyze, and report data to support operational efficiency • Audit department information and suggest process improvements • Collaborate on performance improvement activities related to program efficiency and patient experience • Distribute analytical reports • Use multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials • Research and compile information for ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives • Synthesize and analyze data, prepare graphical presentations, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions • Leverage operational data and measurements to define and demonstrate progress, ROI, and impacts • Support Sourcing Managers and the division’s annual financial goals • Obtain and manage vendor quotes, update expired quotes, and maintain vendor records in PeopleSoft • Verify pricing accuracy and validate on-contract versus off-contract purchases • Review and approve Capital Expenditure Requests through Microsoft Teams or another designated method • Develop and maintain team performance reporting dashboards using Tableau or similar software • Manage HPG contracts in Icertis and coordinate contract build sheets with the Content group • Lead CRT form reviews and submit Capital CRTs to Finance • Support Capital sourcing events and manage end-to-end contract signature processes • Lead select contract and S2 extensions and coordinate Technology and Security Assessment submissions • Calculate and document savings across multiple Capital categories • Serve as a contact for RHM management-team members regarding Capital purchasing and sourcing issues • Investigate ministry issues related to Capital contracts • Support Supply Chain verticals and optimize Trinity Health-supplier relationships • Cover sourcing specialists in purchase order processing as needed • Manage and implement small-scale projects, programs, initiatives, production plans, communications, workflows, and service delivery plans • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in business or supply chain management; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • 3+ years of sourcing experience, which may include data analytics, procurement practices and/or vendor relationships in a large, multi-level, geographically dispersed organization • Comprehensive knowledge and skills in advanced data analytics and procurement practices • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools • Knowledge of methods used in accessing and using information, preparing specifications, and analyzing bids and contracts • Ability to create and maintain accurate records and reports • Ability to identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve complex issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and coordination skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a large, multi-level, geographically dispersed organization • Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers • Additional qualification: healthcare experience in clinical areas and/or supply chain is nice to have
