• Manage company client service delivery and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients • Serve as the main point of contact for account-related issues • Manage account setup functions for new clients • Monitor TRISTAR’s service to assigned client accounts • Develop and deliver consultative stewardship reporting to clients • Identify and educate clients on claim activity and trends affecting programs • Provide program recommendations • Conduct client visits and review client loss experience and company performance • Identify potential dissatisfaction before renewal meetings • Perform client renewals, contract revisions, and Client Service Instruction preparation • Negotiate changes or improvements to service plans • Direct and influence internal departments to reduce process, technology, and resource constraints • Coordinate client invoices, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up • Resolve major customer service issues and identify proactive solutions • Identify and solicit cross-selling opportunities • Participate in the local insurance community through advanced education and affiliation memberships • Prepare budgets and manage profit and loss for assigned accounts with Branch and Regional management • Ensure compliance with applicable Quality initiatives • Travel as required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 3–5 years of account management or alternatively 3–5 years of supervisory experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, Excel, and PowerPoint • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills • Leadership, management, and motivational skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong account rounding ability • Strong understanding of workers’ compensation and liability claims • In-depth knowledge of client servicing • Experience with Captives and Programs that deliver alternative risk solutions • Ability to handle conflict and challenging issues in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Ability to produce analytical program data through graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data • Appropriate office attire
