📋 Description
• Own end-to-end delivery on TRM's most complex technical searches • Set sourcing, evaluation, and closing standards for the function • Act as a thought partner to hiring managers on hiring strategy • Mentor and coach recruiters on sourcing craft • Identify and close gaps in recruiting systems and processes
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth, US-headquartered tech startups • Demonstrated ability to run multiple high-complexity searches simultaneously • A history of raising the bar for others through mentorship or coaching • Sharp first-principles thinker comfortable pushing back with data • Strong operational instincts and improvements to recruiting systems
