📋 Description

• Build highly scalable features integrating with dozens of blockchains • Design and architect data models optimized for storage, retrieval, and sub-second blockchain-data query latency • Build mission-critical data services analyzing blockchain transaction activity at petabyte scale • Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams • Translate user needs into scalable data solutions • Design and implement novel data models that enhance TRM products • Write clear design documentation and proactively communicate technical tradeoffs • Build alignment across disciplines and enhance cross-team collaboration • Build pipelines, data platforms, or ML/BI workflows from scratch • Mentor engineers or analysts and support knowledge sharing • Participate in operational excellence, testing, monitoring, and production deployment • Deliver customer-focused features rapidly through iterative, high-ownership execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting scalable API development and distributed system architecture • Experience guiding projects from initial ideation through successful production deployment • Exceptional programming skills in Python • Adeptness in SQL or SparkSQL • Experience with data stores such as BigQuery and Postgres • Experience building pipelines, data platforms, or ML/BI workflows from scratch • Proficiency with Airflow and DBT • Expertise with Dataflow, Spark, Kafka, and Flink • Competence deploying and monitoring infrastructure using Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Datadog • Proven ability to load, query, and transform extensive datasets • Experience mentoring engineers or analysts • Ability to write and communicate technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Cost-conscious approach to performance, scale, and efficiency • AI fluency; applied AI use is evaluated during the interview process • Bonus: experience with LLMs or AI-powered workflows such as prompt engineering, internal tooling, or semantic search
