📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and machine learning engineers to develop pipelines and ETL tasks for extracting insights • Understand product requirements and translate them into actionable project plans for execution • Establish data architecture processes and practices that can be scheduled, automated, replicated, and leveraged as standards by other teams • Collaborate with Data Leadership to identify and advance meaningful projects across the commercial organization

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience as a data engineer or similar role • Experience creating automated testing, applying design patterns, and other engineering best practices • Expert proficiency in Python • Fluency in SQL • Experience developing maintainable data pipelines with Python and SQL • Experience designing several data pipelines from start to finish, including technology selection, building, testing, and rollout • Comfort identifying and applying APIs, streaming, multithreading, and other asynchronous approaches • Understanding of monitoring and maintaining asynchronous systems • Working knowledge of how ML/AI applications are deployed and monitored • Ability to communicate complex concepts simply to technical and non-technical audiences
