📋 Description

• Develop new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts • Build and generate a strong pipeline of potential clients • Present customized insurance solutions, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients • Act as a trusted advisor for clients’ personal and family insurance needs • Keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes • Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities • Work with a dedicated service team to manage and foster relationships with new clients

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty License • Experience in personal lines insurance sales • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritizing risks to manage concurrent workflow • Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills • Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage • Developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace • Strong sales acumen • Experience with AMS 360
