📋 Description

• Serve as the main liaison between the Registrar’s Office and the IT department • Analyze business practices and processes • Develop solutions and ensure system updates • Stay informed about new technologies in higher education technology • Design automation • Conduct testing • Lead cross-functional teams • Maintain accurate academic records and provide responsive services to students, faculty, staff, and the public through Registrar’s Office operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 4 years of experience or training in a higher education setting • Experience operating in an Agile project management environment • Experience documenting workflows and business processes using MS Visio or similar software • 5 years in a Registrar’s Office strongly preferred • Knowledge of academic advising and degree audit support • Functional processing oversight of Banner and related systems and applications • Knowledge of online grade change, online withdrawal, Parchment relationship, Degree checkout and Commencement processing, Major/Minor certification tool, diploma processing, student academic record integrity, permanent student academic records, enrollment reporting and data analysis, student academic record privacy, veteran student education benefits, and related higher education policy • Proficiency in BANNER • System knowledge of curriculum management systems such as CourseLeaf: CLSS, CAT, CIM • System knowledge of DegreeWorks, EMS, IBM Cognos, and/or similar higher education software systems • Master’s Degree strongly preferred
