📋 Description

• Provide advanced administrative support to operations, administration, and management for commercial real estate projects • Prepare documentation, issue commitments, and create reports • Manage smaller projects under the oversight of an experienced Project Manager or leader • Support planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality, and risk management phases • Maintain accurate, timely, coordinated project data, reporting, and documentation • Track progress against goals, approved budgets, and timelines; report status and variances • Develop action plans to keep projects on schedule and within budget • Lead cross-functional coordination for Healthcare client requirements related to exiting spaces • Coordinate with Staffing/HR, patient communications, credentialing, finance, IT, vendors, payor contracting, and business management • Support third-party project delivery resources by tracking performance and coordinating tasks • Apply project management best practices and standardized procedures to solve routine issues and communicate with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred • 2–5 years of relevant experience • Combination of experience and education considered instead of a degree • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Working understanding of MS Project helpful • Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management, owner's representative, or commercial project management • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience and apply appropriate judgment and precedents • Strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mentality
