📋 Description

• Support senior project managers across active task orders with planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, quality, and risk from initiation through closeout • Maintain site-level risk registers and change control logs • Prepare inputs for weekly program risk reviews • Track progress against approved baselines, report status and variances, and draft corrective action plans • Support deliverable reviews and phase gate checkpoints • Coordinate technical reviewers and track comments to closure • Confirm deliverables meet contract requirements before client submission • Prepare and maintain project documentation according to program governance and client requirements • Support transition of project data into Power BI, Kahua, and other program systems • Identify out-of-scope work and route it through change control • Support needs packages or site teams on short notice • Coordinate with field staff and report to the PMO • Coordinate with client and partner counterparts on submissions, approvals, and reporting • Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience • Two or more years supporting projects in a federal, infrastructure, facilities, or construction environment • Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain a public trust and security clearance • Working knowledge of schedule, risk, and change control fundamentals • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications • Strong written communication skills • Ability to work across organizational boundaries with clients, partners, and subcontractors • Ability to travel to program sites • CAPM or PMP preferred • Experience with Power BI, Kahua, or similar project information systems preferred • Prior exposure to FAA, DoD, or other federal facilities programs preferred • Familiarity with earned value or level of effort contract tracking preferred
