📋 Description

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from planning through closeout • Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply project management principles and techniques to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Coach others and share knowledge across related job disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset • Sophisticated math skills • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
