📋 Description

• Perform activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes • Assist in maintaining the facility in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition • Keep the facility in good repair and free from hazards caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems • Work as a Maintenance Assistant for Timbercreek Rehab and Healthcare Center, part of Tutera Senior Living & Health Care

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred • Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred • Prior maintenance experience required • Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures • Professional image in both appearance and behavior • Excellent written and oral communication skills • A fire and passion for working with seniors • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
