📋 Description

• Lead engineering strategy and execution for enabling customer AI agents to securely and reliably consume Twilio platform capabilities • Build and scale systems powering AI agents for Twilio’s internal business operations • Collaborate with product, platform, security, and go-to-market teams to identify AI agent use cases and deliver production-ready solutions • Hire, mentor, and develop managers and engineers • Establish operational metrics, perform roadmap planning, and ensure reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement • Acquire technical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, high-delivery environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an engineer writing production-grade code in a modern programming language • 3+ years of experience directly supervising teams of engineers across different disciplines • Experience fostering technical excellence and guiding teams through technical design decisions • Proven record of shipping products to production, testing ideas early with customers, and iterating on feedback • Strong customer focus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passion for emerging technologies and staying current with developments • Experience building a product from idea to product-market fit (desired) • Experience leading products or features leveraging LLMs (desired) • Passion for hands-on building (desired)
