📋 Description

• Onboard, activate, and manage members as part of a seamless coaching experience • Conduct 15-minute and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions via video or phone • Engage members in setting goals, managing care, and staying motivated • Provide education on healthy eating, meal planning basics, and lifestyle strategies • Use AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to guide member support and coaching • Perform daily member rounding and complete progress notes and chats within 24 business hours • Review and provide feedback on glucose, weight, sleep, movement, nutrition adherence, and app engagement metrics • Follow standardized operating procedures for member management, session structure, and escalations • Collaborate with coaching colleagues, providers, registered nurses, and operations teams • Participate in pilot programs, workflow changes, and member testimonial collection • Provide weekend and holiday on-call coverage approximately 2–4 times per year and unplanned PTO visit coverage • Maintain a high-volume, uncapped caseload and adjust shifts based on business needs • Maintain a HIPAA-compliant remote work environment with reliable internet for video visits • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks while adapting to evolving tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a metabolic health coaching role or dietitian setting • Experience blending motivational interviewing and behavior-change coaching with metrics-driven, AI-informed direction • Proficiency navigating complex technology, including remote member apps, AI systems, and internal dashboards • Ability and willingness to manage a high-volume, uncapped caseload • Comfort working within a fixed schedule, standardized SOPs, and structured coaching model • Flexibility and adaptability to frequent process, tool, and schedule changes • Spanish fluency is a definite plus • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Twin cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa • Preferred: experience supporting cardiometabolic conditions such as T2D, pre-diabetes, and obesity • Preferred: startup or high-growth environment experience • Preferred: experience delivering back-to-back coaching via video calls • Preferred: W-2 employee-model coaching or clinical experience • Preferred: strong computer skills, including Google Workspace, Slack, and EHR
