• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels • Clearly articulate Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies • Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to our leadership team • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs • Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation strategies
• 3+ year of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role • Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services • Experience selling to North American markets • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn) • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven • Previous experience working remotely or with international teams • Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
