📋 Description

• Comprehensively evaluate degree progress before and at completion to ensure academic and administrative catalog requirements are satisfied for degree conferral • Provide timely customer service to high-volume internal and external customers by phone, chat, email, and face to face • Evaluate and process student-record forms while upholding regulatory and institutional policies • Respond to enrollment and degree verification inquiries • Respond to government and lender documents for validity and communicate accurate student information • Ensure compliance with federal FERPA regulations and appropriate disclosure of student records • Verify and update student information to assist in financial-aid and other funding disbursement • Manage grade posting and updates in SIS, coordinating with faculty to ensure record accuracy • Innovate for efficiency, department improvement, and improved student experience • Generate and evaluate reports supporting records maintenance and student-request processing • Partner with BTS and other departments to ensure technical updates are accurate and approved • Collaborate across departments to improve student experiences and staff processes • Practice Culture of Care pillars daily

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent typing skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills • Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff • Ability to handle confidential information • Knowledge of FERPA guidelines • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Critical thinking skills • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
