📋 Description

• Manage an assigned team within corporate alliance areas including corporate alliance recruitment, alliance account management, alliance onboarding, and alliance web applications. • Provide career guidance, generate job leads, match qualified candidates with potential job opportunities, and assist candidates through all steps of the hiring process. • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and alumni. • Support and guide the daily efforts, productivity, and time management of a designated team. • Drive team productivity and quality across submittals, scheduled web applications, converted interviews, hires, onboarding requirements, and placements. • Manage contact, forecasting, and support of UMA current students, graduating students, and alumni. • Maintain communication within the Career Services department regarding corporate alliance opportunities. • Support corporate alliance sales and prioritize employer requests with leadership. • Complete manager customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls as needed. • Generate reports and information on Corporate Alliance production and future placement forecasting. • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports through one-on-one and group meetings, feedback, wellness, recognition, and engagement. • Follow applicable compliance requirements and communicate or escalate compliance concerns. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3 years of experience in recruiting, career services and employment assistance, or in sales. • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English. • Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment. • Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role. • Demonstrate knowledge of and carefully follow all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations, including those prescribed by the U.S. Department of Education, accrediting agencies, state regulations, and internal policies and procedures. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or another related major. • Preferred: Experience in people management. • Preferred: History of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time. • Preferred: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams. • Home office setup, quiet place to work, and ability to hard wire into high-speed internet connection. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
