📋 Description

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Provide regular project progress updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations • Participate in testing and validation of new applications to ensure documented requirements are met and defects are absent • Work with developers to resolve issues and make necessary adjustments • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing application development methodologies • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices • Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve departmental operating quality and efficiency in accordance with company policies and procedures • Troubleshoot issues using creative and critical thinking skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field • 7 years of experience in a Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency role within the financial services industry • Experience with report creation and data analysis • Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools • Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycles • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Proven track record of identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing strategies to resolve issues efficiently • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills • Initiative-taking, strategic, and meticulous approach with commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
