📋 Description

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes, cash flows, schedule of investments, and footnote disclosures including financial highlights • Understand hedge funds and private equity funds under administration, including legal structure, investment objective, and fee structure • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner • Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements • Complete special projects as required • Multitask across different tasks and internal demands throughout the day • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, internal company and team trainings, personal networks, and professional development opportunities • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years’ relevant experience in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, methods, procedures, and internal controls • Knowledge of hedge funds and private equity funds under administration • Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting and interpreting information • Ability to organize and prioritize work and assist in coordinating other team members’ work • Sound computer and technical skills, including MS Office Suite and other financial systems • Ability to understand and carry out accounting procedures and analysis • Knowledge of financial reporting and preparation of work papers • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills • Strong analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail • Research, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication with current and potential clients • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
