📋 Description

• Provide 40 hours of coaching annually, averaging 4 hours per month • Contact candidates via phone, email/text, and virtual coaching sessions • Collaboratively develop Individualized Induction Plans (IIP) • Provide ongoing coaching to facilitate leadership development according to the IIP • Facilitate development of IIP goals, professional development activities, and action plans based on selected CPSEL standards • Facilitate problem solving, reflection, and communication • Assist in developing leadership voice and shared vision • Facilitate thinking around school culture development • Model instructional coaching • Collaborate on monitoring systems • Facilitate thinking around professional learning supports for staff • Facilitate resource alignment to support teaching and learning • Facilitate thinking regarding issues across systems • Facilitate thinking on technology tools and resources

🎯 Requirements

• CA Clear Admin Service Credential • Must have an MA at minimum – prefer EDD/PhD • Must be in an Administrative Position • Advance degree in Educational Administration, EDD (preferred) • Familiarity with coaching methods (preferred) • Experience mentoring or supervising students or candidates (preferred) • Current resume or curriculum vitae (CV) • Cover letter outlining qualifications and interest • Contact information for professional references • Additional documentation such as transcripts, teaching evaluations, or certifications
