📋 Description

• Provide sales and operational support for the mortgage sales team • Supervise and train a small team of Mortgage Loan Originator Assistants (LOAs) • Assist Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) with technology and day-to-day needs to grow loan productivity • Manage the daily pipeline to drive quality, efficiency, timely loan delivery, and customer experience • Mentor LOAs in supporting internal partners and external customer communication • Review pipelines for TBD decision dates and rate lock expirations • Assist with onboarding and training sales associates on policies, procedures, the Loan Operating System (LOS), and daily tasks • Use credit bureau provider software for scenarios, repulls, and reissuing credit reports • Measure achievements through sales scorecards and spreadsheets • Support the sales team's CRM system with flyers and marketing materials • Develop relationships with mortgage partners to identify training opportunities • Track internal and external referral sources to maximize sales opportunities • Guide MLOs with AUS errors, loan restructuring, file copying, problem resolution, and communication to all parties • Communicate with mortgage leadership about origination activities, needs, and problems • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years’ experience in mortgage banking or a mortgage lending environment, preferably in sales or a sales capacity • S.A.F.E registration required at the time of employment • Must maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
