📋 Description

• Teach remotely in the Psychology program • Actively engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them to succeed • Guide students in active collaboration and application of learning through problem- and project-based demonstrations • Provide regular constructive feedback and assess student work using rubrics • Acknowledge student accomplishments • Demonstrate relevant and current subject-matter expertise • Help students connect concepts across their academic program • Provide feedback to the program chair on possible curricular improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Terminal degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning • Professional experience in Psychology or related field • Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred • Successful completion of the online two-week new faculty orientation, FacDev 411, as a condition of hire • Resume/Curriculum Vitae • Cover letter highly preferred • Candidates with international degrees may be required to submit a translation/degree evaluation from a NACES approved vendor
