📋 Description

• Handle incoming phone calls from patients, families, and referring providers to schedule appointments • Make outbound calls to schedule specialist and subspecialist appointments • Collect and update patient demographics, insurance information, and account guarantor details • Collect patient liabilities before or on the date of service, as appropriate • Secure medical records from outside healthcare organizations based on appointment visit type • Schedule in-office procedures and the rooms where procedures will take place

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • English speaking, reading and writing skills • Strong intrapersonal and communication skills • Previous scheduling and/or phone customer services experience preferred • Previous experience in a health care organization preferred • Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing skills preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted unless certification, licensure, or registration is required
