📋 Description

• Manage the product roadmap for UnboundEd's core digital products, including Onyx and OMA • Balance near-term feature updates with long-term infrastructure and scalability goals • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define product requirements and executable technical specifications • Lead product transition and integration into the Canvas LMS environment • Ensure seamless data acquisition and system interoperability • Partner with content, program design, and research teams to align tools with high-quality instructional materials and evidence-based professional learning • Work with Sales and Marketing on product rollout, user onboarding, and market positioning • Bridge technical engineering teams and organizational leadership by communicating progress, impact, and roadblocks • Incorporate educator feedback and research into product iterations • Ensure accessibility, security, and usability standards for digital products serving Multilingual Learners • Use analytics and performance data to monitor KPIs and improve user experience • Implement and lead agile project management methodologies such as SCRUM • Facilitate creation and prioritization of product backlogs • Manage practice-embedded learning artifacts for educators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Education, or a related field required • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in product management, EdTech, or related technology project management roles • Demonstrated experience driving complex projects in an agile/software development environment • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools • Familiarity with LMS platforms, specifically Canvas • Familiarity with data-sharing/CRM protocols, such as Salesforce and Qualtrics • Ability to analyze varied problems and implement solutions using data, general precedents, and standard EdTech practices • Strong understanding of adult learning design and research-based instructional practices • Strong communication skills for bridging complex technical concepts and non-technical stakeholders • Commitment to UnboundEd’s organizational values and mission • Learning orientation and dedication to equity and inclusion • Knowledge of urban school environments • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while building strong cross-geography relationships • Collaborative spirit and eagerness to contribute to a highly engaged team • Entrepreneurial drive and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as Slack • Availability from 9 am to 5 pm local time during core business hours • CSPO or similar certification is a plus • Master's degree is preferred
