📋 Description

• Lead Uniphar Development’s program management and planning activities • Develop and implement long-term program management strategies across the company • Establish program management policies and procedures aligned with corporate and partner strategic direction • Serve as line manager for Program Managers and other program management personnel • Serve as Program Manager for large, long-term, complex projects and assist Partners with drug development programs • Develop standard best-practice procedures, processes, and guidelines for program/project management • Advise project management staff and provide project management training • Assign project work, review workloads, supervise staff, establish goals, and delegate tasks • Monitor and coordinate project teams and day-to-day operations • Oversee functional areas and vendors involved in projects • Forecast budgets and contribute to contract and budget renegotiations • Manage changes in contract scope and track contractual and financial project progress • Prepare and manage master integrated program or study timelines • Forecast timeline changes and assess impacts on deliverables • Perform project/program risk analysis and develop solutions to minimize risks • Apply CAPA processes to bring projects back on schedule and budget • Provide progress reports to senior management and Partners • Coordinate resources across functional areas • Recommend actions on human resource matters, including hiring, terminations, training, performance appraisals, and position descriptions • Perform other duties assigned by Uniphar Development Senior Management

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 15 years or more of work experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or clinical or research organization industries • 10 years or more project management experience demonstrating program management success in a leadership role • Advanced communication, planning, organization, and business knowledge skills • 5 years or more of line management experience • Willingness to travel up to 20%, depending on assigned responsibilities • Substantial use of telephone and face-to-face interactions requiring accurate perception of speech • Extensive computer usage involving repetitive motions with fingers
