📋 Description

• Provides clear and concise direction regularly to Field Engineering supervisors and teams across multiple locations • Identifies recurring trends, difficult-to-resolve problems, and potential issues related to new system releases or hardware/software upgrades • Ensures end-to-end support for identified and potential issues • Resolves key issues raised by supervisors and teams, escalating significant and complex issues to technical colleagues or senior management • Monitors hardware, software, and equipment availability with Client Services & Support colleagues • Manages procurement-related activity to ensure on-time delivery and response to client requirements • Acts as liaison between clients, end-users, and technical teams • Assists supervisors and team members in determining appropriate processes, policies, and procedures • Establishes overall work processes and priorities • Allocates people, budgets, and resources

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 0-2 years’ leadership experience • Applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
