📋 Description

• Build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi Integration Designer, from no-code configuration to pro-code scripting • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and endpoint applications, including bi-directional synchronization of states, comments, work notes, and attachments • Build and unit test services and integration scripts using stubs / mock endpoints • Create reusable integration templates (golden images) to speed up partner and customer onboarding • Participate in SIT / UAT test case execution • Investigate integration issues by analyzing integration logs, message payloads, and HTTP requests • Monitor integration health, handle failed or stuck messages, replay transactions, and resolve integration issues • Support Unifi and ServiceNow upgrades by regression-testing integrations • Maintain integration documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the ServiceNow Integrations platform • Collaborate with external technical teams and adapt to changing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Around 2-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with integration tools • Hands-on technical knowledge in ServiceNow REST / SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub, or ShareLogic Unifi / other eBonding / ticket-exchange integration platforms • Knowledge of SQL queries and database concepts • Knowledge of cloud-native solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • ServiceNow platform development knowledge, including server-side and client-side JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer • ShareLogic Unifi knowledge, including Integration Designer, integrations, messages, actions, and heartbeat monitoring • Knowledge of eBonding / ticket-exchange integrations for Incident, Request, Change, and Problem • Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, including inbound and outbound services and Scripted REST APIs • Knowledge of JSON, XML, XSD, and WSDL • Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and MID Server • Knowledge of authentication and security, including OAuth 2.0, Basic authentication, API keys, mTLS, and credential management • Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP, and asynchronous messaging patterns • Knowledge of ITSM processes and the ServiceNow data model • Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF) and integration testing • Knowledge of source control, update sets / scoped apps, and DevOps practices • Working knowledge of B2B / multi-vendor integration domain • Good written and verbal communication, including with external technical teams • Ability to act with a sense of urgency, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities • Must be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations for access to export-controlled commodities and technology • Experience integrating with Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, or other ITSM platforms is an added advantage • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are an added advantage
