📋 Description

• Training and servicing new clients on the full suite of products • Providing follow-up support to existing clients once fully onboarded • Building meaningful industry relationships to retain existing clients and find new potential clients • Traveling throughout the country to manage accounts and help ensure client success • Analyzing data and translating it into thoughtful recommendations for training service personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or similar experience • Experience in a professional in-person customer service role, ideally in account management or implementation • Experience with work-related travel • Experience working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning software systems • Automotive industry experience is a major plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort speaking with C-level management • Ability to coach and train individuals in large groups • Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word experience • Quick learner able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills • Ability to troubleshoot problems and solve issues creatively
