📋 Description

• Train and service new clients on the full suite of UpdatePromise products • Provide follow-up support to existing clients after onboarding • Build meaningful industry relationships to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients • Travel throughout the country to manage accounts and help ensure client success • Analyze data and translate it into thoughtful recommendations for service-personnel training

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or similar experience • Experience in a professional in-person customer service role, ideally account management or implementation • Experience with work-related travel • Experience working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning software systems • Automotive industry experience is a strong plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort speaking with all levels of management and C-level executives • Ability to coach and train individuals in large groups • Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word • Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and new changes • Excellent time-management and task-prioritization skills • Ability to troubleshoot problems and solve issues creatively
