📋 Description

• Run client meetings daily to collect financial data and define scope • Build client trust by communicating clearly, delivering on commitments, and ensuring accounting accuracy • Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts • Fix integration and access issues involving Plaid, payroll, revenue processors, and inventory systems • Compare signed proposals with client needs and flag scope or pricing mismatches the same day • Manage high-volume onboarding timelines and deliverables • Escalate workload or account risks early to the manager • Troubleshoot setup and data problems using accounting judgment • Find workarounds when onboarding stalls, including manual data entry, alternate document routes, and schedule changes • Collaborate with Sales, Initialization, Accounting, and Tax to close handoff gaps • Own onboarding from start to finish and hand accounts off cleanly

🎯 Requirements

• Individual applicants residing in the US only • 3+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role • Public or multi-client accounting experience counts favorably • 3+ years using QuickBooks Online daily, including setup, integrations, and troubleshooting • Desktop-only QuickBooks experience is insufficient • Solid working knowledge of cash and accrual accounting • Experience managing 15+ active client relationships simultaneously • Ability to escalate early when an account is at risk and adjust when a plan stops working • Ability to build rapport quickly and calm anxious business owners on first calls • Comfortable telling clients directly when signed scope will not cover their needs • Comfortable acknowledging and correcting mistakes
