📋 Description

• Manage client implementations from commercial handoff through go-live and hypercare • Coordinate cross-functional requirements, milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities • Develop client-specific SOPs and coordinate required Quality and Operations approvals • Lead implementation meetings, track actions, and drive issues to resolution • Monitor go-live performance, escalate risks, and coordinate hypercare support • Maintain accurate Salesforce, Blue Notes, and project records • Provide implementation status and performance reporting using Power BI, Excel, and project tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in client implementation, logistics, operations, or customer solutions • Strong cross-functional coordination, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks, and drive actions to completion • Proficiency with Excel, project trackers, and reporting tools • Working knowledge of MxTMS or ability to learn transportation management systems quickly • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
