📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate real estate contracts and related agreements • Identify potential business risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies • Lead UPS real estate contract negotiations among attorneys, landlords, sellers, buyers, tenants, and internal stakeholders • Develop and implement processes to improve contracting lifecycle efficiency • Ensure alignment with business objectives and appropriate risk management • Maintain consistency in UPS legal and business positions • Support fact-finding efforts and evaluate legal matters as needed • Review applicable laws, policies, and regulations to determine positions that best protect UPS • Communicate with business units to ensure compliance and consistency • Oversee outside counsel in representing UPS as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate or Law Degree • Minimum five years' Commercial Real Estate legal experience • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
