📋 Description

• Own sourcing strategy and build pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other GTM roles • Use data, market mapping, and competitive insights to identify target talent • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand roles and define strong candidate profiles • Introduce AI tools, automation, and unconventional outreach and pipeline-building approaches • Drive employer branding initiatives, create content, build presence, and represent Upwind in the talent market • Create memorable candidate experiences from the first touchpoint • Track sourcing effectiveness, report on pipeline health, and continuously improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or talent research experience in a fast-growing startup — must; ideally from the cyber Security space • Cross-functional sourcing experience across GTM roles and different regions • Active use of AI tools in sourcing workflows • Data-driven mindset using market data, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates • Creative outreach and strong written messaging • Employer branding sensibility • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing gaps • Strong organizational skills managing multiple searches and stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, high EQ, and relationship-building ability
