📋 Description

• Support day-to-day operational workflows across departments, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time • Post new openings on job boards including Indeed, LinkedIn, Doximity, and GasWork • Assist with assignment lifecycle processes, including name clearing, candidate submission, provider contract preparation, onboarding, credentialing coordination, and assignment tracking • Manage job orders from client VMS and create applicable job openings in the agency ATS • Maintain and audit data in CRM and operational systems such as Bullhorn and Bilflo, identifying and resolving discrepancies • Monitor key operational metrics and generate reports for leadership review • Coordinate internal communication between recruiting, account management, onboarding, and billing/payroll teams • Review and approve jobs in timekeeping software • Support timesheet tracking, invoicing workflows, and compliance documentation with billing/payroll teams • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and training materials • Provide administrative support for projects, audits, and operational initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or coordination roles in healthcare staffing • Locum tenens experience preferred • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and system accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM systems • Bullhorn experience preferred • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues • Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation • Must reside in the United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska
