📋 Description

• Support the sale and implementation of selected technical or complex products, services, and solutions • Provide presales technical expertise to sales teams and customers • Provide technical input into RFP bid proposals, projects, and technical documents • Identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers • Assess customer business needs through discussions and interactive whiteboarding sessions • Develop and present technical proposals showing how products meet customer needs and integrate with customer systems and equipment • Conduct product and solution demonstrations • Present customer systems and equipment requirements to Technology, Operations, Systems, and Product Management teams • Install and demonstrate products at customer sites post-sale, or provide detailed client requirements to implementation teams during handoff • Maintain current knowledge of company and competitor products and services • Inform product management of product enhancements or changes • Support sales staff at events and trade shows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Typically eight to 10 years of related experience, preferably selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a variety of customers • Demonstrated consultative, solutions-based selling background and experience • Proficient technical and analytical acumen • Considerable knowledge of products and solutions in primary area of responsibility and related products and solutions offered by other business lines • Solid proficiency demonstrating complex/software-based solutions • Proficient in working effectively with a variety of function groups to assemble customer solutions • Effective presentation, training, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies • Ability to satisfy applicable employment eligibility verification and background-check requirements
