📋 Description

• Provide system, operational, and procedural support for mortgage personnel across mortgage applications and business processes • Investigate and resolve complex user issues • Coordinate Incident management activities • Perform controlled system and data maintenance • Serve as a liaison between business partners, technology teams, and third-party vendors • Analyze operational trends • Develop and maintain policies and procedures where applicable • Recommend process improvements • Communicate changes impacting the mortgage business line • Provide subject matter expertise on mortgage systems, business processes, and application integrations • Support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive end-user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Typically two or more years of mortgage or related experience • Thorough knowledge of mortgage originations, fulfillment, and related operational workflows • Strong understanding of mortgage applications and supporting technologies, including loan origination systems, imaging systems, customer-facing portals, workflow tools, and case management platforms • Experience investigating operational issues, managing Incidents, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolution across business, technology, and vendor partners • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend procedural, training, and system improvements • Experience developing, interpreting, and communicating policies, procedures, job aids, and operational guidance • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to assess risk and determine appropriate solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Customer service and relationship management skills • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including translating technical information into business-friendly language • Experience working with case management, Incident management, and ticketing systems • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners, technology teams, and external vendors • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
