📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants and communicate Nourish’s value proposition, policies, and processes to Registered Dietitians • Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups to increase offer acceptance • Lead outbound recruiting efforts to priority prospects via personalized emails and calls • Manage the recruiting inbox and respond to applicant questions promptly and professionally • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion and inform hiring strategy • Collaborate with Provider Onboarding, Provider Marketing, Provider Strategy, and Product teams to improve candidate experience • Make qualitative and quantitative process improvements based on provider and stakeholder feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development • Hyper-organized and skilled at managing high-volume processes and multiple interactions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to engage providers across phone, video, email, and chat • Ability to learn new processes and assume ownership quickly • Strong problem-solving skills and creative process optimization abilities • Passion for nutrition and wellness and motivation to expand access to high-quality care • Experience excelling in fast-paced startups, particularly healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or technology • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
