• Schedule day-to-day truss production • Create and prepare batches for floor and roof trusses • Assist the Production Manager with end-of-month processes • Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Transportation to ensure smooth workflow • Attend required company-sponsored training programs • Maintain a safe and clean environment • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with company policies, standards, and workplace safety commitments
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environment • Math skills • Regular and predictable attendance • Adherence to established safety rules, regulations, and procedures
