• Experience in sales or business development within a SaaS company. • An ambitious BDR with experience in high-growth startup, scale-up, or hyper-growth environments. • Confident communicator with strong listening and writing skills, comfortable engaging technical senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CDO). • A self-starter with a strong track record of overachievement and resilience in outbound-heavy roles. • Deeply pipeline-driven - you live and breathe pipeline generation and understand its impact on revenue. • Highly organised, disciplined in your processes, and meticulous about CRM usage and prioritisation. • Excited by AI and motivated to build expertise in a fast-moving, technical space.
