📋 Description

• Coordinate scheduling and qualifications by confirming tour times and attendee lists and reviewing owner qualifications • Walk owners through software requirements and troubleshoot basic connectivity or platform access issues before tours • Build professional rapport, excitement, and confidence in the virtual process while addressing owner concerns • Enter and update reservation data and maintain current contact information in company systems • Follow company policies and security awareness protocols • Perform necessary administrative duties • Manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to shifting priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar customer service or virtual support environment • Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound experience highly preferred • Exceptional ability to communicate and interact with others via telephone and digital channels • Strength in SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, Max, and various virtual meeting platforms • Ability to interpret data and solve practical problems involving various variables • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information • Willingness to occasionally work weekends, holidays, and extended hours to accommodate tour schedules
