📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees and corporate systems • Manage onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, permissions, groups, and software access • Support Google, Microsoft, AWS, and other SaaS platforms • Troubleshoot authentication, browser, application, device, and access issues • Maintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, system records, and asset information • Assist with endpoint, account, license, and access management • Coordinate with vendors and external support when needed • Take ownership of recurring IT tasks with minimal supervision • Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and recommend ways to simplify or automate them • Contribute to AI-enabled internal tools, workflow automation, scripting, API integrations, internal applications, data processing and reporting, cloud systems, and software/platform engineering projects as opportunities arise • Learn Valiant's systems and handle common support requests • Independently manage routine IT operations and improve or automate recurring processes • Reduce senior staff involvement in routine support and contribute to automation, integration, or development projects

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of IT support, systems administration, help desk, or similar technical experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates will be considered • Development experience is not required, but an interest in automation, artificial intelligence, software, or engineering is strongly preferred • Strong troubleshooting and general technical skills • Experience administering business applications or SaaS platforms • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar environments • Basic understanding of permissions, authentication, networking, endpoints, and cloud applications • Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities • Strong attention to detail • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript, APIs, automation platforms, SQL, Git, cloud platforms, or web development is beneficial but not required • Quiet and distraction-free workspace with adequate internet • Full attention and availability during working hours • Schedule aligned with coworkers' and Valiant's clients' core business hours • Current or future outside employment engagements must be disclosed and receive written approval • Must not solicit or conduct outside business during Valiant Solutions' and its clients' core business hours
